The musicians of La Gioconda learned their baroque musical skills in the most important educational facilities in Europe and the USA. They play and sing with chambermusic ensembles and various baroque orchester all over Europe. 

La Gioconda is price winner of the special ensemble price of the 6th Johann-Heinrich-Schmelzer competition during the ‘Internationale Barocktage Stilft Melk 2008’ and the ensemble gives performances all over Austria and in 2011 the first CD with christmascantats by Georg Philipp Telemann has been published. 

Next to their very busy performing timetable two of the musicians teach at the university of art in Graz and the Johann-Josef-Fux conservatory in Graz.
